About SME@SCCCI

SME Centre @ Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Established in 2006 and formerly known as the Enterprise Development Centre@SCCCI, SME Centre@SCCCI (the Centre) is a collaboration between Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and Singapore Chinese Chamber

of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI). Our mission is to assist local enterprises to develop capabilities for sustainable growth. We do so by providing general business advisory and capability services with practical and value-adding content and leveraging our networks to deliver good service levels to the local businesses who seek consultation with our team of experienced business advisors.

Meeting the business needs of the local enterprises, engaging inspiring and helping them to grow, innovating and transforming is the driving motto leading the Centre. Since 2013, the Centre has enhanced its capability service areas in Marketing, Human Resources, Productivity, Adopting Digital Solutions and Internationalisation to help companies strengthen internal capabilities for growth. Our vision is to be the preferred partners of local enterprises in their transformation journey.

Over the years, we have enhanced our offering from business advisory and grant consultation to facilitation of group-based adoption of solutions for productivity improvement and capability development.

SME Centre@SCCCI and its Satellite Centres at Toa Payoh (under SME Centre@Central, a collaboration with Central CDC) offer a wide range of value-added services to help local businesses grow and excel. The services are broadly classified as follows:

SME Centre@SCCCI and its Satellite Centre (together called The Centre) are committed to provide quality services within the defined scope of services we offer to our customers.

The Centre’s mission is to help local enterprises build capabilities for sustainable business growth. We offer value-added business advisory and capability services to meet the needs of the local enterprises.

To provide quality services, we have implemented a Quality Management System and are committed to training our business advisors to deliver the required level of services. We seek to build and maintain professional working relationships with our business associates and partners by delivering more value-added services to benefit our customers.
