Lee Lay See
Principal Business Advisor
Lay See possesses over 20 years of commercial experience, focusing primarily on business development and general management, with exposure both locally and internationally. Her passion lies in helping SMEs identify gaps and prioritise next steps in capability development through a holistic approach to drive growth and scalability. Lay See combines her broad-based business acumen with her IT qualifications, industry experience and CIPM certification, along with her proficiency in AI governance, to support SMEs in various areas, from business upgrading to digital transformation. She frequently shares insights on digital transformation and data protection strategies, equipping businesses with practical knowledge to enhance their overall operations and digital capabilities. She also leads sector-based upgrading initiatives and data management projects, supporting SMEs in enhancing their capabilities for business growth.

Tay Bok Swee
Senior Business Advisor
Bok Swee brings over 20 years of experience in Operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. Leveraging his extensive expertise, Bok Swee offers valuable guidance to SMEs on strengthening business processes, maximizing the benefits of government grants, and building capabilities for sustainable growth. He also facilitates workshops on Productivity and Human Resources for SMEs and has successfully led several Group-Based Upgrading Projects focused on e-commerce and digital payment solutions tailored to specific trades.

Ho Chee Kuen
Business Development Advisor
Chee Kuen has over 25 years of commercial banking experiences with focus on business development and corporate financing prior to joining SME Centre@SCCCI. With the vast knowledge of the banking industry and experiences in dealing with diverse businesses, Chee Kuen is able to provide practical and industry specific advice to the local enterprises. He also has deep interest in helping the SMEs to improve their operational efficiency and financial management capability.

Lim Hui Ping
Senior Business Advisor
Hui Ping’s background was in the banking industry prior to joining SME Centre@SCCCI where she focuses on providing guidance and assistance to SMEs on government schemes and programmes to help businesses build capabilities for growth.

Aaron Toh
Senior Business Advisor
Trained in Marketing and Business Management, Aaron is a dynamic business advisor and frequent speaker at SME Centre@SCCCI. He regularly collaborates with partners to deliver impactful workshops and shares practical insights on marketing, branding, digital transformation, and business innovation—empowering SMEs with strategies for sustainable growth. He also conducts in-depth diagnostics in areas such as internationalisation readiness, the Business Model Canvas, and human resource development. As a contributor to the Group-Based Upgrading (GBU) initiative, Aaron has helped companies strengthen their data management and innovation capabilities through structured group learning.
As Team Lead for Satellite Operations, Aaron is passionate about supporting local enterprises and heartland merchants. He played a key role in the Heartland Digital Upgrading Project and leverages his expertise in marketing, productivity, digitalisation, and international quality standards to help businesses strengthen core capabilities and enhance competitiveness. He has successfully guided numerous SMEs through government grant applications for business transformation.

Beny Ke Zhi Ming
Senior Business Advisor
Beny has more than 15 years of experience in the electronic design and manufacturing sectors with various MNCs prior to joining SME Centres as Senior Business Advisor, an initiative under Enterprise Singapore. He holds a 1st class honours degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Essex in United Kingdom and has substantial regional working experiences and knowledge of culture differences in countries like Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, Korea, and China. He looks forward to assisting the local SMEs to grow, through his business knowledge and continuation of support provided them in building business capabilities.

Don Tan
Senior Business Advisor
Trained in international marketing, Don has over 20 years of experience in retail operations, brand development and franchise businesses in China, Southeast Asia and Singapore. With his overseas experiences, Don continues to assist companies build capabilities and grow beyond local markets with government support schemes. Don is the key contact for Toa Payoh HDB Hub Satellite Office.

Kevin Lok
Business Advisor
With over 25 years of experience in business development and talent management across diverse industries, Kevin guides SMEs in enhancing efficiency through productivity, talent and capability development programs as well as helping SMEs to internationalize. He has supported merchants in the Heartland Go Digital Project to adopt digital solutions and e-payments.
