Organised by SME Centres and supported by Enterprise Singapore, the annual SME Centre Conference is a flagship event for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The conference offers a platform for business leaders and industry experts to share their insights and experiences, addressing some of the key challenges that SMEs face on the ground.

Themed 'Unleashing the Potential of AI for Business Growth', this year's conference is designed to motivate SMEs to embrace artificial intelligence (AI) as a catalyst for their business development and transformation. Through plenary sessions and panel discussions, the conference will provide valuable insights into how AI can boost efficiency, spur innovation, and enhance competitiveness.

The event also serves as a networking hub, connecting nearly 1,000 SME business leaders, entrepreneurs, founders, and government representatives. It is an opportunity to engage with business advisors and solution providers, fostering connections that can lead to future collaborations and success.

Infocomm Media Development Authority – IMDA

Chief Technology Officer-as-a-Service (CTOaaS), launched in 2017 by the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme, is a key initiative that empowers SMEs in Singapore to self-assess their digital readiness and needs, access market-proven digital solutions, and engage digital consultants for digital transformation advisory and project management services.

MTI PEP

The Pro-Enterprise Panel (PEP) is a private-public panel comprising business leaders and senior public officers, to enable an effective pro-enterprise environment where businesses can thrive. The panel serves as a bridge between the private and public sector, facilitating innovative business proposals and providing regulatory assistance for businesses.

GoBusiness Singapore is the go-to platform jointly developed by the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Government Technology Agency, to simplify and enhance businesses’ digital interactions with the Singapore Government. Workforce Singapore (WSG)

Workforce Singapore (WSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Manpower that promotes the development, competitiveness, inclusiveness, and employability of all levels of the workforce. Its key mission is to enable Singaporeans to meet their career aspirations, take on quality jobs at different stages of life, and help enterprises be competitive and manpower lean.

WSG’s focus is on strengthening the Singaporean core and ensuring that Singaporeans are able to have better jobs and careers. WSG, in partnership with key stakeholders, also provides support to business owners and companies to enable them to transform and grow, while building a future-ready workforce.

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) drives and coordinates the implementation of the national SkillsFuture movement, promotes a culture of lifelong learning and strengthens the ecosystem of training and adult education in Singapore.

Through a holistic suite of national SkillsFuture initiatives, SSG enables Singaporeans to take charge of their learning journey in their pursuit of skills mastery. IPOS

The Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), a statutory board under the Ministry of Law, is the national authority that registers and is responsible for the administration of IP rights in Singapore.

Central to IPOS's mission is the Singapore IP Strategy 2030 (SIPS), which aims to help businesses use intangible assets (IA) and IP to grow and is committed to building Singapore into an international IA/IP hub. Through SIPS, IPOS is improving IP policies, infrastructure, and services to support businesses in the evolving IP landscape.
